Reconciliation Assistant

We are looking for a Reconciliation Assistant to join our Finance team. You will control, analyse and evaluate all related data in order to ensure an accurate and efficient recording of the revenue and customer journey for both company and clients use. As the Reconciliation Assistant you will also be responsible to reconcile balance sheet related to card and banking transactions and report and deliver on a daily, weekly and monthly basis various reports.

What you'll do
Ensure that all operational needs are met with regards to Credit Card Acceptance by liaising with both internal and external customers
Provide guidance and support to Operational Managers with regards to Credit Card Reconciliations
Identify Financial and Transaction Processing Issues in association with Finance, Operations, IT that relates to Revenue Reconciliations
Input of Daily Trading Data and Revenue Data into Navision for Credit Card Revenue either by automation or manual process
Analyse and report any un-reconciled Receipts to responsible Operational Managers as per APCOA Specification and Process
Produce Daily, Weekly and monthly Exception reporting and Variance Analysis
Query all differences in bulk credits and Revenue System input errors with the relevant internal and external suppliers
Responsible for all Control Account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation

Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Reconciliation experience within a cash/Credit card environment
Use of core financial systems (Navision) and advanced Excel skills
