PMP Recruitment are looking for a sales administrator to support the business to business team by providing a first-class service to customers.

Ensuring that orders, emails and complaints are processed efficiently and within the prescribed department SLAs. Communicating with customers to update them on orders and answer queries. Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient development, production and delivery of Medals orders for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting/processing of orders and monitor progression of orders through to completion using effective management to ensure that all aspects of contractual commitments are met.
  • Build strong business partnerships with your customers contacts. Process orders from receipt of order through to invoice issue.
  • Liaise with production, planning and despatch departments regarding despatches as needed.
  • Manage outstanding debt
  • Manage projects for bespoke orders
  • Tracking all bespoke/prize medals to ensure production arrives on time.
  • Reviewing costs to ensure profit made
  • Ensure day to day customer requirements are met consistently on time.
  • Prepare and process enquiries or complaints

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Good level of IT/Computer skills - MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Good general level of Maths
  • Good level of understanding on Finance and debt
  • Confidentially & discretion - Dealing with prize medals which have not yet been announced in their field.
  • Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative to achieve departmental targets
  • Great investigative skills
