Our client is a well-known civil engineering Main Contractor with offices in the North East of England and is seeking a permanent Section Engineer and Senior Site Engineer.
This contractor is undertaking major civil engineering projects in and around Tyne & Wear and has a pipeline of work for up to 5 years with all their civils works being classed as major projects. Therefore, all the work is ringfenced government investment spend and is not affected by the current COVID-19 restrictions. The projects are all above GBP20 Million in value and include highways, structures, major earthworks, deep drainage, live traffic management. We are seeking a Section Engineer and Senior Site Engineer. We are specifically seeking a Engineers that have main contractor civil engineering experience that ideally have highways and or structures experience. The ideal candidate would hold HND or higher and hold SMSTS and first aid certificate and reside in the North East and easily be able to cover any projects within the region.
The role offers a very competitive salary and benefits package and at least 4 years work purely in the local areas.
