Graduate Software Test Engineer GBP30,000 - GBP45,000 - location Cambridge
Based in Cambridge this is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to join a company developing connectivity IP at the forefront of technology.
The Graduate Software Test Engineer will be joining an Engineering team focused on software product testing it is a small flexible and dynamic team who are passionate about technology. The successful candidate will be involved from the initial concept, through design, implementation and into manufacturing and responsibilities will include: design and effective manual and automated testing (within an agile development process); running tests interpreting results and suggesting improvements; working as part of the project teams, delivering to project objectives.
The successful candidate will have a good degree in either Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics or another relevant subject, along with:
• Some experience of scripting languages, Python and Bash are of particular interest
• Excellent ability to communicate information about status of tests
• An understanding of Linux and command line-based interfaces.
