We are looking for an ERP Finance Analyst to provide Support and contribute to ERP projects that are managed in IT for the various user sites in the EMEA region.
The role will require active involvement in projects and primarily new roll-outs according to the implementation plan. The ability to contribute solutions to business needs and the ability to train others and offer advice on best practice in the use of ERP systems is essential.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
* Oracle Financials experience in Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL).
* Working with Data and Information, Gathering & analysing information.
* Can do, collaborative attitude. Proactive and highly motivated self starter.
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) and ERP systems Oracle.
* Accountancy Qualifications would be beneficial.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
* Provide support to the helpdesk on escalated problems and issues around Financials, to include year/month end.
* Support Finance (Global) GL AR, AP, FA, Tax, Cost & Cash Management, Payments and Intercompany.
* Prepare specifications and design documents on new developments.
* Accept and complete projects and other miscellaneous duties as required.
* Although key focus is on Oracle, the job holder may require contributing their skills to other tools/systems (e.g. EDI, SharePoint etc.)
