We are currently working with a world leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner who are looking to strengthen at a time of rapid growth by bringing onboard a dynamic and ambitious Administrator/Coordinator
Talent Acquisition Coordinators are a critical function to both client teams and an extensive, global candidate base.
You will be responsible for providing support throughout the talent acquisition process, through pre-hire and post-hire activities. Additionally, you will be tasked with facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a client program or teams.
Key activities will include:
Assist with the recruitment, interview and offer processes of candidates
Working closely highly-experienced consultants to gain an understanding of the various roles and requirements, and then format the information
Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation.
Edit and post positions to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and relevant careers sites
Create and develop basic reports and presentations
Ensure processes are followed across all systems
Candidates must be able to demonstrate both strong communication skills and the ability to organise and manage their time effectively.
A background in recruitment is preferred, as is good system knowledge.
