We have opportunities for Scrum Masters with a well established client - we are looking for people with varying levels of experience to manage Agile projects and assist with the 'agile' development of the internal teams. You will be keen on progressing your career as a scrum master in a truly agile environment, embracing: scrum / Lean (six sigma) / SAFe / Kanban philosophies.
You will help the teams deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity - this is a fast paced and dynamic environment. Ideally you will have some practical experience working in a software development / change / delivery / project management role. Familiarity or knowledge across some of the following areas (or equivalents) will be ideal: Agile development techniques and practices e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban and SAFe; LEAN; Problem Solving Techniques; Backlog tracking; Burndown metrics; Velocity and Task definition.
The roles are currently home based (WFH) - eventually there will be some physical presence required in the offices. RELOCATION packages are available for those who wish to relocate to the South East.
