The Role
We are currently recruiting for several exciting vacancies within a global manufacturer based in Dolgellau. As a Production Operative, you will have various duties across all areas of the production process. If you would like to work for an established business, which offers variation and potential career progression, then we would like to hear from you! Full training is provided.
Duties:
* Operate process / packing machinery
* Work as a team to meet production / packing targets
* Follow production plans
* Follow working instructions as per internal specifications
* To fill in all the relevant paperwork correctly and in full, creating accurate records of all activity during shift
* Ensure that Health, Safety and hygiene standards are met
* Report any problems with process or machinery to the Team Leader
The Candidate:
* Must have a good eye for detail and coordination
* Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision when required
* Must be able to demonstrate ability to multitask
* Flexible working attitude
