Set on the Norfolk coastline this newly refurbished holiday camp is setting up for a bumper summer season and is now ready to employ an experienced Head Chef to re-launch and lead the kitchen. The perfect candidate would be a seasoned head chef with volume and short order experience. We are seeking an ambitious individual, who is passionate about food and ingredients, can managed a large brigade and has a creative eye for detail.
The Responsibilities???..
* Assist in the day to day management of the kitchen
* Managing the smooth production and service of food from the kitchen.
* You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
* Managing a full kitchen team - briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
* Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
* Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
