Energy Performance Manager

Hours: 37.5hrs - 08.00am - 16.00pm
We are recruiting for an Energy Performance Manager that will be focused on facilities usage and performance on the Health Care contract and another trust location.
They will be responsible for ensuring Energy services are delivered in line with the PFI contract to the Trust. This involves consumption trend analysis, improvement initiatives, liaising with Utility providers and internal operatives to ensure meter readers are working correctly and that timely escalations are made. Periodically lead the tendering and procurement of the Gas, Water and Electricity services and attending client meetings to present outcomes with meaningful analysis and reports. They will spearhead energy efficiencies campaigns across all user groups, promoting good industry practice and alignment with carbon reduction initiatives.
In terms of Performance Management, ensuring that the Quality and Performance Manager is supported in the production of mitigation and performance reports. Deputising for the QPM as necessary to ensure continuity of service and achievements of all contractual deliverable's within a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role / bias towards energy/carbon management
* IWFM Membership
* Proactive approach to finding energy and performance savings
* Experience of writing business cases and reports
* Experience of using a QA system
* Previous Auditing experience
* Intermediate level of expertise in MS Office
