Job Title: Non Clinical Recruitment and Placement Consultant

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract until 30 July 2021

Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely with the NHS Trusts and wider recruitment team, you will provide a comprehensive and professional recruitment and placement service to all internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be to attract, select and recruit workers into placements. You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of Trusts and ensuring you recruit workers based on Trust demand provided they have the right skills for your clients.

Key Tasks:

  • Responsibility for the attraction and selection of high quality candidates
  • Arranging and conducting interviews for NHSP workers
  • Complete on-boarding checks for our workers
  • Monitor and evaluate systems and processes
  • Develop a recruitment and placement strategy for individual clients
  • Support the recruitment team with wider responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will boast a strong desire to succeed in a demanding environment
  • An excellent communicator (both verbal and written), be able to influence others and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience of temporary staffing placements and an advanced knowledge of NHS terminology.
  • A very good standard of English and Maths.
