Production Operatives & Fork Lift Drivers

Job Details Depending on Allocation:

• Manual handling
• Operate specialty machinery
• Completion of documentation
• Working in an inside/outside environment
• Working in a large manufacturing plant
• Working towards daily targets
• First line operator maintenance

Experience Required Depending on Allocation:

• Observing safety and security procedures, reporting potentially unsafe conditions
• Willing to learn and train in other departments as and when demand dictates
• Previous machine operating experience
• Understanding Manufacturing Procedures
• Methodical mind-set
• Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality
• Understanding and working to quality standards
• Attention to detail
• Good time keeping
• Excellent attitude and work ethic
• A good level of physical fitness

FLT positions require the following:

• Forklift License - will accept out of date and experience on the FLT(in house training provided)
• Operating Counterbalance Forklift trucks, happy with on and off the forklift work
• To organise and carry out material movements within the factory and yard as trained to meet pre-agreed standards in safety, quality, and productivity

Available Shifts -
Drymill:
Monday to Friday - Day Shift 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 16:10 on a Friday
Nights and Overtime Shifts are also available
Mill 8:
Monday to Friday - Day Shift - 06:00 to 17:00 and Night Shift - 18:30 to 05:30

Mill 7:
Monday to Sunday - (4 on 4 off) Day Shift - 06:00 to 18:00 and Night Shift - 18:00 to 06:00
