Customer Verification Advisor

As a Customer Verification Advisor, you will play a key part in the verification process of our global customer base.

We are looking for bright, inquisitive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are keen to welcome candidates who have excellent attention to detail, good investigative skills and ability to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.

You will use our bespoke internal applications and tools as well as liaise with internal and external customers to ensure a high level of service is provided.

We have a comprehensive training plan to support and develop you from your very first day. There will be many progression opportunities and your supervisors, team leaders and colleagues as well as the management team will continuously support you to succeed in your career.

The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours; working any five days from seven, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. • Effective communicator at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Verifying identification documents provided by our customers.
• Reviewing customers' registration details.
• Using internal/external sources to verify our customers.
• Assisting other departments with verification queries.
• Ensuring compliance with our Company verification processes.
