A leading employer here in the North East are looking to expand the support and development of their Salesforce environment, by appointing a certified professional to act as SME for the product within the business.

You will work with a variety of different and well known brands as clients and you help to further support the core product of the business, to help cement this business as the market leader that they currently are.

On a daily basis you will ensure optimal performance of the CRM, through maintenance, upgrades, automation and integration; to allow for a better end-user experience. This role would be perfectly suited to somebody with a proactive and creative approach to work, who is fully committed to getting the best out of the system and can work with the users to ensure development is forever pipeline.
