Roc Search are currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join a finance company based in Chesterfield on a permanent basis. The company is the UKs leading in their field and have been very successful over the past year despite the pandemic. This is a newly created role and you will work in a team with someone who has been promoted internally; due to this they will have the business knowledge and experience to train you up on the specific applications.

This particular position will be a providing application support on the business' bespoke applications. You will monitor daily the support ticket system and provide tech support to the end users (staff of the business). As well as this you will do API integrations and look for trends in support cases and look to improve those. Full training on the applications will be provided in the position.

The interviews will be done remotely and you will work 100% remote this year. When they return to the office they are happy for you to go in once a week.

Essential skills:

* Worked in an Application support or Integration support role

* API's - how they work and function

Desirable skills:

* Web Technologies

* Programming experience
