Our client, a leading UK wide property regeneration specialist is currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer. Working with residents to assist with any queries and help solve any problem that may arise.
Initially the position is a temporary position covering a large social housing refurb contract.
We are looking for someone who has great Customer Service and basic understanding of construction in social housing. This is a fast paced role so we will need someone who can work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Social housing tenancy or have worked within housing department for a Local Authority.
Requirements:
Full UK drivers licence - preferred but not essential
Basic understanding of construction in social housing
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
