French speaking Customer Service Agent
Shift pattern: Monday - Sunday, 7am - 4pm or 8am-5pm

We are looking for individuals who are fluent in French to manage inbound calls and emails from customers providing a high level of service at all times. This is a 100% remote position that requires you to have access to broadband and IT kit will be provided by the client.

Customer Service Agent responsibilities:
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails on behalf of the client
  • Make relevant outbound calls if required
  • Assist customers with their queries in a timely manner
  • Follow the company's escalation process at all times
  • Provide support on multiple campaigns in line with work demand
  • Take full account of tasks, drive your own performance with a good sense of urgency

What we require from you:
  • Fluent in French (written and verbal) is a must
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel is essential)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to working hours
