Telesales Advisor
What you will do
As an inside sales advisor, you will maximise sales opportunities of market-leading security systems to existing residential customers. Working within a team of established sales advisors, you will advise customers moving property as to the best smart home security system to suit their needs as well as providing upgrades for existing customers over the phone. Where telephone surveys are unsuitable, you will be able to book appointments for field sales.
How you will do it
As an Inside Sales Advisor working to achieve predefined performance targets, you will deal with domestic customers in a polite and professional manner to consult on their home security needs. You will promote the brand to all existing and prospective customers, provide accurate information on products, policies and procedures and undertake all administration tasks related to processing leads/opportunities, utilising salesforce. You will build strong relationships with our internal and external departments.
What we look for
Confidence, resilience and most importantly, a friendly and warm personality is essential for this role. You will enjoy speaking to different people every day and you will possess the ability to build strong relationships. You will need to be self-motivated and highly organised as well as persistent, resolute in focusing on results and able to set tough objectives, monitor progress and if necessary take corrective action.
We would love you to have experience as an inside sales advisor or telesales representative within a contact centre environment with a successful track record of achievements, however, that is not essential, as we will give you all the tools and training you need to succeed.
