My client is one of the UK's leading business energy sales providers. They help small to medium sized businesses and corporate businesses to procure the best gas and electric deals available in the market. They are enjoying a period of growth and now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Energy Broker to join their dynamic sales team.

This is a full-time role based in their Covid secure office in Watford.

Energy Broker Role Responsibilities:

  • Using your existing network to uncover sales opportunities, generating regular, monthly revenue
  • Continually ensuring your sales pipeline is strong through prospecting for new business
  • Consulting with decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, MDs, FDs etc) to understand their requirements and then providing a solution that meets their needs
  • Account managing your clients, handling renewals
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Adhering to company KPIs that are designed to boost your performance
  • Updating the company CRM system
  • Ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained at all times
  • Working as part of a wider sales team, sharing best practice
  • Attending regular training and coaching sessions

The successful Energy Broker will have:

  • Previous energy sales experience is essential
  • Proven track record of delivering high revenue values
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to influence and close sales effortlessly
  • Self-motivated & money motivated!
  • Ability to work to sales targets and KPIs
  • Punctual, organised, reliable with a positive attitude
  • Team player but with the ability to work independently on your own initiative
