An experienced Service Administrator is required to join our client based in Maidstone.

Candidates will need to possess strong customer service and communication skills, being the first point of contact for new and existing clients.

The purpose of the role is to book engineers / allocate jobs as they come through, entering onto the computer and prioritising according to need.

Main duties include:-

Raising and closing jobs
Raising purchase orders
Sending, chasing and closing off quotations
Answering the phones and transferring calls, dealing with enquiries
General administration to include data entry, filing and scanning
To produce weekly reportsCandidates need to possess a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Candidates who have worked as a service administrator previously would be considered advantageous, used to liaising with both customers and engineers alike, booking and allocating work.

Own transport is a must due to location
