Customer Success Manager
Title: Customer Success Manager
Package: Up to circa GBP40,000 + bonus
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (flexible working)
My client is an ambitious and rapidly growing software organisation who are embarking on a sustained period of growth. In order to facilitate this, they are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join their team and help nurture and develop existing client relationships.
Duties will include:
- Take ownership of accounts once their implementation team get the customer to go-live stage
- Monitor utilization trends and work with customers to drive buy in, utilization and retention
- Enhance clients' understanding of their software
- Act as a 'Voice of Authority' for their product needs
- Create opportunities for revenue growth
- Feedback suggested improvements to the Software Development team to foster a continuous improvement mentality
You will have:
- Stellar track record in Customer Success or Account Management
- A background in software or a similar technical proposition with a stellar track record and a drive and determination to earn exceptionally via service excellence
- Experience of managing clients on a day-to-day basis
- A passion for resolving issues and ensuring the smooth running of your accounts.
- Ability to identify cross and upselling opportunities
