About The Role
Here at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for Sales Co-ordinator to join our team! As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our Customers receive a seamless journey when finding and funding their perfect Car. You will handle both inbound and outbound customer queries as well as being responsible for routing calls throughout the business where necessary. The Sales Co-Ordinators are managing a client base on a daily basis, helping customer who need support completing their documents and/or understanding their finance agreements.

Experience needed for the Sales Co-Ordinator:
- Experience in making both inbound and outbound calls, dealing with customer queries that come through to the department.
- Responsible for managing a client base and working along side our Customer Account Managers to provide a seamless journey for our customers.
- Providing the link between the sales team and other internal teams, ensuring a smooth process for our customers
- You will assist with all pre & post sales activities.
- Provide a helping hand for customers who need support completing documents or understanding their finance agreements.
- Work closely with our finance partners, providing the final paperwork for an approved pay out.
- Exude confidence, enthusiasm, and energy.
- Be extremely organised and obsessed with detail.
About The Candidate
- Previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment in a phone-based customer service role.
- Having worked within an FCA regulated environment is preferred but not essential.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A high level of attention to detail is essential.
