JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer

This high street practice is keen to appoint a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor who has a sound technical knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing. The appointed NQ Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of residential property matters.
You will have the assistance of a conveyancing assistant and be well placed to deal with all types of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Land Registry requisitions.
Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within residential conveyancing and will ideally have some previous residential property experience gained as a paralegal / fee earner.

Salary range is circa GBP25,000 - GBP32,000 dependent on experience although more experienced Conveyancers will be considered for this role! Benefits - Parking, pension, support with career development and lunches are also provided by the firm.
