Due to exciting growth, we are partnering with a fantastic business in Braintree, within their Customer Experience Department, for a brand new role that has been created as a Customer Experience Manager.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will manage the day-to-day activity of the Customer Experience Team.

A strong candidate will come from a similar role, with a focus on process improvements and implementation.

The current team comprises 8 Customer Experience Representatives who have a variety of experiences.

This role will be a pivotal position in ensuring the continued service the business provides to their existing clients.

Experience required:

  • Experience in managing a team with positive results
  • Ability to look for process improvement opportunities with the ability and confidence to implement
  • Experience in generating reports via Excel and Systems where possible
  • Strong workload management for self and team, ensuring all the work will be completed
  • Ability to influence internal departments to ensure we deliver as per the client's request
