Our client, a well-established and successful organization is currently looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its successful team. This role can either be Home based or Office based ( modern premises in Gateshead, easily accessible by public transport and by car).The successful candidate should possess a professional work ethic, be passionate and want to offer their customers the highest level of customer services. They are a fast growing organisation and the atmosphere is lively, energetic and multi-cultural.To be considered for the role you must be fully fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).Duties:
  • Handling inbound calls from customers and distributors from both English and Swedish clients
  • Addressing customers' enquiries via the telephone, internet and email in English and Swedish
  • Providing quality advice and information to customers
  • Resolving queries and keeping customers updates on the status of their enquiry
  • Maintaining records and databases
  • Translations English- Swedish and proofreading of promotional websites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fully fluent Swedish and English
  • IT literate with a sound knowledge of databases
  • To be proactive and work on your own initiative
  • Be a good team player and committed to your work
This is a permanent role. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday. Starting salary would be GBP17,374.50 per annum.
