Are you looking to start a career within recruitment but without the sales? If you enjoy working as part of a team, have a passion for people and are looking for the opportunity to learn from industry experts, this could be the perfect role for you.
At eSift we've taken recruitment outside of the box and due to exciting growth, we are currently on the lookout for confident, delivery focused individuals to join our award-winning team.
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Salary: From GBP20k per annum
We invest in our people and as part of this, we will place you into our fast track training programme, ensuring the best possible start in the world of Talent Acquisition. Once completed, we have two exciting career paths to follow, either supporting our operational team and working with a variety of clients or working as a dedicated member of one of our client's in-house TA teams.
In both roles you will be supporting recruitment across a range of roles and dealing with a variety of stakeholders, so communication is key!
Day to day you will be utilising various tools and identifying new methods of identifying and engaging with top talent. We encourage our team to think outside the box and put their ideas forward.
What makes us different is our culture, we don't work towards sales targets and nurture an environment of teamwork and support, we think about what's important to our team and embrace any opportunity to socialise! Don't just take our word for it though, we have 4.9 stars on Glassdoor and you can see what some of our team have to see here - http://eSiftGD
A little bit about you;
* A confident communicator, happy to speak with a number of candidates and stakeholders over the phone, email, via social media and (hopefully soon) face to face.
* Able to work proactively within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent administrative skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Any additional experience with a CRM/ATS or database would be beneficial.
* A self-starter, with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
* Comfortable to work both remotely and in the offices where required.
