We a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join our clients expanding Sales team, to handle their increase in lead generation activities based at their Head Office in Saltash. This is a chance to work for a world leader in healthcare services, contacting warm leads and making appointments for the healthcare professionals and field based specialists across the UK.

Your new role
This role involves NO cold calling! As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within a growing team and will be expected to manage new lead appointments, diary appointments and scheduling. As a Customer Service Advisor you will have the drive and energy to push yourself to achieve targets and objectives, to earn yourself commission with their generous commission scheme.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience in a call centre, contact centre or appointment driven environment working towards targets and have previous sales and customer service experience.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
