Position: Mobile Commercial Fabric/ Maintenance Engineer
Location: Central Bristol
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From GBP27,500 to GBP28,500 plus package
We are looking for an experienced commercial fabric engineer to cover a multiple sites in the Bristol Area
This role will be working along side experienced skilled engineers, dealing with the planned and reactive repairs that will include carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, plastering etc.
The right person for this position will already have a strong background in fabric maintenance on commercial sites. They will have worked on sites such as Schools, Offices, etc.
We would like this person to have good carpentry skills and would prefer them to hold a qualification related to carpentry
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial maintenance
- Able to deal with plumbing basic, painting, plastering etc.
- Must be good at dealing with carpentry issues
- Based in a commutable distance to Central Bristol
- Building services qualifications
- Carpentry qualification would be an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- On call one week in eighteen
- Daily on call allowance
