The HR Manager will be expected to develop and implement HR strategies in support of the Company's objectives. They will possess substantial hands-on experience and a successful track record of:
- Supporting senior management to deliver operational excellence within a high-performance company culture.
- Translating and implementing company objectives into HR and Training actions - Leading and developing an effective HR and Training Team
- Developing and implementing HR and Training policies and procedures
- Developing resourcing plans and leading large scale recruitment campaigns
- Driving staff and management performance and capability development.
This role offers wide scope for exposure to a broad range of HR functions and mechanisms, as well as the opportunity to get involved in a range of HR Projects. The company are a highly people centric organisation and the HR function and it's personnel are key in shaping and influencing the future growth and direction of the company.
