Property Paralegal

A leading regional commercial law firm with a well established reputation are seeking to appoint a Residential Property Paralegal to join their Private Client function in Belfast.

Your new role
As a Residential Property Paralegal you will:

• Assist with a range of conveyancing transactions under supervision.
• Work on a caseload of sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages using their case management system.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, providing excellent services.
• Efficiently use the Land Registry to perform searches.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be a Property Paralegal, ideally boasting 2 years of previous experience.
• You will have an LLB or similar law degree.
• You will be highly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and part of a broader team.
