Service Administrator (Bradford)

Miles Recruitment have the pleasure in recruiting again on an exclusive basis, for our well-established client that are experiencing considerable growth and are now looking for a Service Administrator.

As Service Administrator you will be experienced in providing a high level of customer service and will report to the Service Workshop Supervisor, and will undertake the following responsibilities;

• Handling volume customer enquiries over the telephone
• Providing effective and efficient administration support

To succeed in post you must;

• Be highly customer focussed
• Be extremely well organised with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Be confident and experienced using IT systems (Outlook, Word & Excel etc)

Having experience of working in a Service Workshop or similar environment would be a huge advantage.
