My client is currently looking for a HR Administrator on a temporary basis while recruiting permanently. They are a UK leader in their field, who value every employee.

Location: Solihull

Hours: 8.30 - 16.00 or 09.00 - 17.30 (office based)

Immediate start (candidates can only be considered if you are available immediately)

Role:
- Providing generalist HR Admin support.

- Handling 1st line HR queries

- Organising training for employees and issuing correspondence.

- Dealing with all enquiries via the HR inbox, everything from change of bank details, increased pension contributions

- Being the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries, from a diverse workforce. You could be dealing with enquiries from Drivers to Directors

- Updating HR system


Requirements:
- Previous HR experience, ideally within a large, fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask and be reactive
