Senior Sales Negotiator

Our client is a successful Estate Agency who are expanding their team in Liskeard, due to continued business success and growth. They are seeking a professional and hungry Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' experience working as a Sales Negotiator and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

The role will involve:

• Successfully negotiating offers
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Driving the business forward
• Provide excellent customer service
• Registering candidates

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working as a sales negotiator
• Strong customer service skills
• Driven and passionate about property
• Friendly approach
• Team player
• Must be highly self-motivated
• A driving license and own car

Salary:

Competitive salary and commission package commensurate with experience.

Working hours:

8.45am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday. In addition, you will also be required to work every other Saturday from 8.45am till 1.00pm.
