Your new company:

Based in East Sussex, our Client is currently recruiting for a senior property manager for an independent property real estate advisory business which focuses in many areas of commercial and residential property.

Your new role:

To manage a portfolio of residential apartment blocks, in the East Sussex area. You will also be part of expanding our South Coast Block Management Department. Within your new role you will be reporting direct to clients and to the Head of the South Coast Block Management department who oversees block management services from both the Eastbourne and Brighton offices.

Salary Range:
GBP32,000 - GBP34,000 plus a car allowance of GBP4200.

What you'll need to succeed

* A minimum of four to five years of Residential Block Management experience.
* Working knowledge of Qube is preferred
* Professional conduct and compliance.
* Willingness to seek advice and ability to judge when necessary.
* Ability to use own initiative.
* A good confident communicator, but aware of personal limitations.
* Willingness to develop a career, with a view of taking on further responsibilities and promotion in the future.
* IRPM qualification desirable.
