PROPERTY MANAGER - Residential Estate Agency

Location: Horsham

Salary: GBP25k - GBP28k (Subject to experience & qualifications)

Position: Permanent - Full Time

A highly successful independent estate and lettings agency are looking to recruit an experienced residential Property Manager to care for their lettings portfolio in their busy Horsham Office.

The perfect candidate will be fully conversant within the Residential Lettings sector and should be looking for the opportunity to develop a career within a highly successful lettings business.

For this position, you will have outstanding organisational and administrative skills and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and contractors.

Ideally you will be ARLA / NFOPP qualified and have a good working knowledge of current industry regulations and the local area, as well as having your own car.

Previous experience in Lettings / Property Management is essential

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous experience in Property Management
• ARLA qualified preferred
• High level of customer service skills
• Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
• Well presented & well-spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
• Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
• Car driver with full UK driving license is essential
