The award winning Pharma call center in Pirbright is looking for new recruits, and it could be you!
You will be working in the Customer care team for one of the largest Diabetes companies in the country based in Pirbright.
We require someone confident to do some basic outbound calls speaking to customers and receive incoming calls and process orders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receiving In-bound calls from the Public
- Dealing with general queries
- Making outbound calls to clients. NO SALES CALLS
- Data processing

- Capable of building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Quick learner - ability to learn new skills and retain knowledge.
- Able to show good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent verbal and PC skills.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer service and admin experience is desirable.
Salary: GBP22,000 salary per annum
Working hours: Mon-Friday 08.00-17.00
