Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer - Estate Agency

We are looking for highly motivated, passionate and driven Candidates to join our award winning client based in Epsom. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join their thriving flagship office and hit the ground running,

• 5x Day working week, Every other Saturday rota with a day off in the week when working Saturday.

The Job

• Maintain the utmost professionalism at all times.
• Efficiently and meticulously register candidates.
• Attend viewings of GBPMillion+ properties in a professional manner.
• If you have valuation experience;
• - Drive the market local market share and increasing fee potential.
• - Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
• Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
• No sales progression is required, focusing time on listing and selling.
• High paced job within a very busy market.

The Person

• An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
• Drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm!
• ??ou will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face.
• Getting stuck in and making things happen
• You too will need a great work ethic and matching values with heaps of positivity and energy.
• You will need a full driving license.
• Must be living locally and have a fantastic local knowledge to be ale to build report with vendors and buyers.
• Must have at least 2 years negotiation experience within the local area.

The Package

• Basic Salary up to GBP20,000 (Negotiable for further experience).
• Achievable On Target Earnings: GBP50,000+
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week including alternate Saturdays (day off in lieu if working a Saturday).
• Additional Benefits:
