Lettings Negotiator - Nottingham
Salary
Basic: GBP16,000 - GBP18,000
OTE: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000
The Role
Are you a Lettings Negotiator looking to join an established independent Lettings and Estate Agent brand? Are you fed up of working alternate Saturdays? Are you looking for an office where customer service is everything and not targets? This is a lovely role for someone who has at least 6 months lettings experience who wants to join this friendly team based in Nottingham. They have recently expanded and as such they need a fun, friendly and motivated person to join them.
You will be dealing with applicant management, booking and attending viewings and tying up offers.
Key Skills
• Lettings Experience (minimum 6 months)
• Well presented and well spoken
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence (pool car is provided)
• Exceptional customer service skills
