Residential Security Team Role

Job Type: Full-time - Self Employed

Salary: GBP10.30 per hour

Shift length: 12 hours

Our client is looking for an experienced Security Officer to work within a Residential Security Team at a high-profile property for HNW Clients located in the Ascot area.

The company was established in 2002 in order to reflect the needs of the private and commercial sectors with the aim to 'make a difference'. The business holds SIA Approved Contractor status for the provision of Close Protection, Door supervision and Security Guarding Services.

Role responsibilities include:

• Maintaining detailed Daily Occurrence logs, visitors logs, delivery management, incident reports and key registers.

• Conduct site patrols as well as interior and exterior building patrols to identify and mitigate security risks across the estate.

• To greet incoming visitors and ensure that all necessary security, Covid protocols and signing measures are followed.

• Respond in a timely manner to all emergencies and alarm activations across the Estate

• Monitoring and effective use of site CCTV systems, Access Control systems and Intruder Alarm systems.

• Be able to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Estate and Security management.

Must have experience in:

• Estate Security

• Corporate Working Environments

Requirements:

• Must have a VALID SIA licence (Close Protection or Door Supervisor)

• Reliable, committed to work, confident with a well-groomed, smart and presentable appearance

• High level of English, oral and written communication skills is essential

• Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to engage with clients, their representatives and their guests at all levels.

• Must be able to work successfully as a team and independently

• Must be fully flexible and available to work shifts comprising of days, nights and weekends

• 5 years of verifiable work and personal history

• Basic computer skills are necessary

All applicants will work on a self-employed sub-contractual basis and will require a valid UTR number in order to process your payment. Payment is made once a month via BACS upon receipt of an invoice.
