An exciting recruitment job opportunity has arisen to join a leading and progressive professional services organisation based at the organisations' impressive Head Office function in Leeds City Centre.
Your new role
With exciting expansion plans underway, the business are looking to add to their Talent Acquisition team with this new In-House recruitment job. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager you will work as part of a team of 5 and take a lead role in the recruitment of staff across one area of the business. Day-to-day the role will include:
* Stakeholder management, developing relationships and advising Hiring Managers.
* Producing job descriptions and recruitment plans.
* Talent attraction and sourcing plans.
* Candidate journey management.
* Candidate screening.
* Feedback and offer management and onboarding activities.
What you'll need to succeed
We are keen to hear from you if you have a background either in house or agency, as a Recruiter or as a recruitment resourcer, looking for your next step in your career. Professional services sector experience would be ideal.
