We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a fast growing and exciting business going through a period of change. This role reports into the Transactional Finance Manager and will be working in a small team.
This is suited to someone who is completing or completed AAT looking to progress and develop their career. Previous experience is advantageous.

We are currently assisting a Charity based in Warrington that are going through a period of change and require and additional accounts assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The charity is very well established having won numerous awards for their work they do with the community across the North West.
Description
Coding and entering purchase invoices
Matching purchase invoices to PO's
Resolving any queries to allow invoices to be approved for payment
Ensuring all invoices and backup documentation are scanned onto the system
Raising BACS payment batches
Reconciling supplier statements
Bank reconciliationsProfile
Currently studying AAT or qual and moving forward with further accountancy studies
Strong communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Team player Job Offer

Salary up to GBP23k DOE
Flexible working hours
Part office / Part home working
