Our clients rely on us to find them the best available talent to ensure their projects and programmes of work are completed on time and within budget.

Your Experience

We are interested in talking to individuals with a solid customer account management background that are interested in working for a rapidly expanding recruitment business that can support their aspirations.

Our clients and workers expect to have a positive interaction when dealing with ourselves so you must come fully equipped with a winning personality! You should have good customer account management experience in a b2b environment and be able to demonstrate how you look after and develop the customer relationship to develop and sustain business. You must be a skilled communicator both written and verbally and be good on the phone and face to face.

Hard work is normal and you must not be afraid of it, as through it you can achieve exceptional results. You will need to be comfortable getting out to see customers (covid safely) to nurture relationships face to face and ensure that all of their business needs are met and/ or exceeded through the service provided.

Team work is core to our culture and vibe and you must be able to display willing and experience of working with others to achieve results.

Celebrating success is positively encouraged and an essential part of daily routine, we would expect that you are comfortable showing excitement when you do something great, which will be often!

The Role

You will be responsible for engaging with and developing clients on behalf of the business to capture their recruitment requirements (orders) and build enduring repeat business relationships. This will involve regular customer contact activities utilising a combination of phone, face to face meetings and written communication to develop customers and maximise the use of our recruitment services. We have opportunities across the business working with clients in construction and manufacturing environments.

The delivery of orders you generate will be supported by an in-house resourcing team to enable you to maximise results. You will manage your diary an ensure that all customers you are responsible for are called/ visited regularly so that you are attentive to their needs, delivery is spot on and any service issues can be addressed promptly and robustly with corrective action applied where necessary.

As a progressive organisation looking to double it's size over the next 3 years we are interested in supporting people to develop into managerial roles and have strong internal development capability to do mentor and coach individuals through this process.

The standard working week is Monday to Friday 8.00-500. However recruitment is about the more you put in the more you get out so we will not be offended if you want to put in some extra hours to earn some more money through catching greater results.
