Supporter Care Assistant

We are looking for an organised and efficient Supporter Care Assistant to support our small but successful fundraising team. As well as being one of the first points of contact for supporters in the Home, on the phone and by email, you will be responsible for day to day administration tasks including banking donations, managing data and thanking supporters.  You will support the team in delivering exceptional supporter stewardship, creating digital and printed marketing materials and ensuring a great experience for our supporters.
