- We are now seeking our newest Senior UX Researcher to join our fast growing UX team within our Product department at our Chester head office, where you can have a mix of office and home working.
- Working as part of a multi-skilled team made up of designers, developers, product owners, researchers and analyst; the role of Senior UX Researcher will be to crucial in our business goals to make a strategic focus on improving the mobile app experience and will be pivotal in delivering these changes to the wider business.

The Senior UX Researcher position:
- You will also be applying your skills to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing experiences, quickly implementing ideas and suggestions as part of a fast-moving programme of change designed to increase conversion, on both project work and regular incremental app updates.
- In addition, the role will mentor, coach and manage other researchers within UX, while also taking the lead in building relationships with the rest of the business, clarifying the brand and technical requirements in order to deliver the relevant changes.

Responsibilities for the Senior UX Researcher role:
- Collate findings and insights to present back to the Product team and wider business.
- Run benchmarking research to understand website usability and feature performance against our competitors.
- Gather stakeholder requirements regarding business problems.
- Follow a user centred approach, ensuring both qualitative & quantitative data are used to inform design decisions, and shape solutions.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and competitor reviews in order to identify appropriate research methods relevant to the situation.
- Formulate research and test plans (including hypothesis creation) spanning the discovery, exploration, evaluation, and validation phases of projects.
- Conduct qualitative research (including moderated and unmoderated user testing) to expose findings and insights in order to improve our user's experience.
- Help coordinate and sense check research conducted by Designers in order to validate their design decisions.
- Conduct quantitative research analysis to answer business questions and validate designs.
- Playback and rationalise research findings to immediate team and wider business stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, and data scientists to propose solution recommendations, ensuring both qualitative & quantitative data are used within the decision-making process.
