Security Cleared Second Line Analyst to work in the Remote Desktop Support team
Your new role
We're seeking a Security Cleared Second Line Analyst to work in the Remote Desktop Support team on a 7am - 7pm shift pattern. We're looking for individuals that can understand and manage the technical aspects of service delivery to the standards and procedures agreed with our client's customers, including problem investigation, support documentation and technical coaching.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need the minimum of one years experience within 2nd line support, having carried out hardware and peripheral maintenance as well as troubleshooting tasks within Windows environments. We're looking for team players that also have experience with networking fundamentals and VPNs as well as excellent customer service skills, strong communication and attention to detail.
