As a Fundraising and Supporter Assistant you will have a vital role to play in being the first point of contact for most of our treasured supporters across the UK. Providing an outstanding service and helping the fundraising team to build more longer term and eternal supporters will be essential. No two days will be the same and we require an individual with a positive can-do attitude, someone that can appreciate importance of accurate data entry as well as confident with talking to people on the phone, listening to their journey and how Pancreatic Cancer has affected them and their family.
The post holder will need to be passionate about making a difference, be an excellent communicator and team player, able to demonstrate that they are IT literate, adaptable and quick to learn new things.
This is an awesome opportunity to become part of a small but dynamic team in a rapidly expanding charity.
