Mechanical Supervisor

We are working with a National Building Services & M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee projects across the Northern region. The company work with Major retailers providing small work installations/refurbishments and upgrades on site.

Due to a period of growth and contract wins they are expanding their work force with this role.

The position will be a working supervisory position and they are looking for someone with previous experience working in a commercial environment providing installations on plumbing and heating. It may suit someone who is looking to take the next stage in their career from working on the tools and supervise projects.

Due to the nature of the projects there may be some working away involved with this role.

Role/Attributes/Qualifications:

- Mechanical building services experience

- Plumbing & Heating background

- HVACR installation knowledge

- SSSTS - Desirable

- Leadership skills

- Excellent communicator

- Ability to lead by example

- HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering

- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & heating

- Worked in a Commercial Environment

- Happy to travel

- Driving Licence
