Role expectations

Teachers Together are currently accepting new membership applications for experienced Teaching Assistants. Many of our clients are looking for Teaching Assistants who show a passion for the role and a proven history of working with children, either one to one or small groups. Roles are based within Luton and the surrounding area. Other duties will include: -

* Assisting the class teacher in preparing work and resources

* Working with small groups or one to one

* Representing Teachers Together in a positive and professional manner

* Integrating well with established teams

* Providing feedback when required

Requirements for membership

To carry out the role of Teaching Assistant the following will be required before commencing employment: -

* Proof of experience within chosen key stage

* 5 years' worth of references

* Current DBS (if not currently held Teachers Together will introduce you to a partner that will be able to help)
