Job role: Customer Team Leader
An opportunity for customer service team leader has been made available with our Manchester based Warehousing and Logistics customer.

Main Role Responsibilities:
Customer Service Team Leader acts as one of the main representative of the Customer within the division, developing strong and successful relationship with key contacts and stakeholders. You will
Coordinating the day-to-day workload of the Customer Service Team who ensure all enquiries are dealt within agreed timeframes. Additionally your planning, coordinating and overseeing will help to achieve efficient services are offered to our customers.
Further role responsibilities would show:
* Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities
* Providing team members with regular performance-related feedback.
* Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
* Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
* Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
* Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
* Assisting with development and implementation of policies and procedures
* Ensuring team members adhere to systems and safe methods of working.
* Maintaining documentation relating to customer service department activities.
* Performing additional duties where needed.

Salary, Benefits and Hours:
Starting salary: GBP26-28.000 per annum CS Team leader
The role follows a 07.30 - 17.30 hours pattern with some flexibility and includes free parking
Experience:
* Experience of working within a production planning role or similar environment/capacity will be a distinct advantage (flexible on industry background)
* IT literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
* Good standard of education, GCSE O Level, A level
