Assembly Operative

Our client is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join their team on a long-term temporary basis, with the opportunity for it to lead to a permanent position for the right candidates that work hard and show willing. You will work in a small team and be responsible for the assembly of large heavy stainless-steel parts. Previous experience with Assembly would be beneficial however training will be provided.

Start: ASAP
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm
Hourly Rate: GBP10.50 per hour + Holiday pay
Overtime Rates: Once trained overtime will be available at x1.5 per hour
Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Duties may include:

* Assembling large heavy parts

* Read and work from Engineering drawings

* Adhering to all health and safety

* Supporting the Assembly team

* Working to customer deadlines

Key skills and attributes required:

* Previous production assembly experience would be beneficial

* Strong attention to detail skills

* Confidently read and working from drawings

* Can work as part of a team and independently
